Ingredients

Each Capsule Contains: 500mg D-Mannose
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (capsule ingredient). Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.

Dosage

Adults: For urinary tract health take 4 capsules once daily.  As a workout supplement, take 7 capsules 2 times per day. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
