I see no missing beads on this bag but it is possible to have a couple missing as some of the seed beads are very small. There are a couple of small spots on the satin outside that may be cleanable with a spot cleaner. They look like small make-up spots. the Gold on the closure has some tarnish on it. It has 3 compartments inside. It has a couple of small spots on one side. It is so special. It is not only a piece of history but a gorgeous addition to any modern wardrobe. This bag is from the 50's-60's. It would also be amazing as part of your halloween costume!
